This is the most frustrating company I have ever dealt with. It took three weeks for a contractor to address a leaking roof (they seem to adopt a 'fire and forget' approach and made a mistake relaying my contact information). Over six weeks to process an invoice, which required constant follow-up; imagine that in reverse. Their focus seems solely on profit, and customer service appears unfamiliar to them. They have my contact details, so any replies feel insincere. Truly appalling.
