Since joining our property management, the representative has proven to be a great asset. They always exhibit a friendly demeanor towards customers and are usually available to discuss any issues. They keep us informed about job progress and generally ensure tasks are completed. I would say this individual has been a significant addition to the team.
I reached out this morning regarding some lights that needed replacing, and I received a reply within 10 minutes. Any interactions I’ve had in the past since the management took over have always been met with quick responses, which is very refreshing.

However, I had to reach out again to confirm whether the issue I raised had been resolved, as I wasn't informed and was unaware that a contractor had come by while I was at work. That said, when I followed up, I received an immediate response and a clear explanation, along with encouragement to reach out again if any further issues arose.

They are responsive, proactive, and incredibly effective at resolving issues quickly. This is the most frustrating company I have ever dealt with. It took three weeks for a contractor to address a leaking roof (they seem to adopt a 'fire and forget' approach and made a mistake relaying my contact information). Over six weeks to process an invoice, which required constant follow-up; imagine that in reverse. Their focus seems solely on profit, and customer service appears unfamiliar to them. They have my contact details, so any replies feel insincere. Truly appalling.
