I honestly can't believe the reviews I have just read on this forum.Only reason I gave 1 star is due to having to give a rating.Our property changed over to newton on the recommendation of one of the other flat owners(a property developer) who had previous experience with them.It seemed to be going ok at first but they seem to have a high turnover of staff and our property manager has changed several times.In my experience, every repair needs re-attendance by the contractors at more cost to us. Newton, Glasgow, have admitted to me they have no building maintenance technical expertise in the company, which seems ridiculous for a property management company. Our current property manager very rarely replies promptly, if at all.Maybe I should ask for Robert to take over management of our property - he seems to be the guy to deal with going by other reviews.
