I bought two toner cartridges, but one arrived empty. It seems like it was repackaged from a return. I reached out for a replacement, only to be informed of a 30-day warranty. This means you have to open both boxes and test them to confirm they’re new. I lost $90 on this transaction without any resolution. This is poor business practice and customer service.
