Even after reaching out three days ago, I am left waiting for a response. This week, I've sent multiple emails to their support team, seeking updates on the delivery timeline, but there has been no reply.The lack of communication and delayed response have left me feeling frustrated and uncertain about my order. I am now seriously considering canceling it as I cannot endure any further waiting. When I made the purchase, I was initially informed that the bike would be delivered by the end of July. However, I later received an email explaining a delay and offering a $100 credit as compensation, which I accepted. Still, the constant uncertainty regarding the delivery is making me nervous.Overall, my experience with Newurtopia's customer service and delivery process has been disappointing, and I hope they can rectify the situation promptly to avoid losing trust from other customers.
