Thrilled with the prompt battery replacement from customer support

I am thrilled with how quickly the customer support team replaced my battery under warranty. Unlike some companies that might argue the damage was my fault—since I accidentally dropped the battery—this team was understanding. They even replaced a plastic front fender fastener that got damaged in the fall. Their communication was fast and friendly. They provided a return label and shipped my new battery before receiving the old one. I'm back to riding and couldn't be happier with our choice. My partner and I own two, and we absolutely love them. I purchased one for myself after being so impressed with my partner's.

Thrilled with our Carbon 1 ST bikes and their fantastic support

I am incredibly pleased that the support team quickly replaced my battery under warranty, even though some might have argued the damage was my fault. I accidentally dropped the battery, which damaged a plastic fastener for the front fender. They replaced that fastener as well. Communication was prompt and friendly. They provided a return label and sent my new battery before receiving the old one. I'm back to riding and couldn't be happier with the Carbon 1 ST. My spouse and I both have one, and we truly enjoy riding them. I was so impressed with hers that I decided to buy one for myself.

Truly impressed by the support team

I had seen reviews suggesting that the support was lacking, so I wasn't expecting much when I broke the adjustment sleeves for the front fender during assembly. I emailed the support team, thinking I might wait a month for a reply, as the website stated they respond in the order emails are received. To my surprise, I got a response within 24 hours, stating the replacement parts would arrive in 3 to 5 days. They arrived in just 3 days as promised. The support is exceptional.

Disappointing customer service!

I am extremely disappointed with the reliability of the service. I've been waiting over 5 weeks for a tracking number regarding a warranty claim, with no replies to my recent emails. It's unacceptable to ignore customers with urgent concerns. I hope someone who cares about the brand's reputation addresses this issue immediately!

Great service experience

I received nice service regarding an issue with my bike's motor. They responded quickly and worked hard to resolve the problem. I'm currently waiting for a spare part to repair my controller. Regardless, I love my bike, which I've had for about a year now. It's still as enjoyable as day one. Big thumbs up!
