Had Wave doors fitted in 2013 - supplier now out of business. Contacted New Wave as doors needed adjustment. They quoted £300 + VAT (£360) to visit, inspect and produce "a report"!! Cost of any work needed would be additional. Had visit today from local Bristol-based door repair outfit (brilliant) who quickly addressed issues - all for 10% of the price that New Wave quoted for just their "report".UpdateSo New Wave respond saying that as another firm have fixed, what transpired to be a "minor adjustment", that they would have done the same during the engineer visit. A nonsensical statement which takes no account of the £360 charge and the fact that I would only have known the scale of the job when they visited - oh - and such an offer only surfaces when they are called out on Trustpilot! How to fail on an epic scale!
