Extremely disappointing experienceI placed an order at New York Pizza in Nootdorp and had one of the worst customer experiences I’ve ever had with a food delivery service. After waiting for an hour, I received an email saying that my order was not successful—yet the payment had already gone through. The pizza was never delivered, and the payment was never refunded.I tried contacting their klantenservice through every possible channel: the online form, email, and even in person at the shop. Unfortunately, none of these attempts led to a solution or any meaningful communication.I’m very disappointed and will not be ordering from New York Pizza in Nootdorp again. A simple mistake can happen, but failing to resolve it and leaving the customer without their order and without their money is unacceptable.
