Yesterday we went to visit our local NY Pizza place after their reopening. (Rompert, Den Bosch)
There were only 2 people working on a friday night.. 1 person making the pizza's (no gloves and wearing rings..?)
They forgot to add the mozzarella to the buffalo "chicken". There were like 4 pieces of chicken on the entire pizzza.
Then the strangest thing happened. All of a sudden the pizza maker ran outside, across the parkinglot.. and came back with a bag of frozen tuna XD
Like what is happpening hahah, where did she get this bag from? Why is it frozen tuna? How are you handling chicken.. and with the same unwashed hand, no gloves , you are putting tuna and veggies on someone else their pizza..
Pizza itself was okay, except for it being bland, lacking half the ingredients and it being basically a flatbread with cheddar and hotsauce.

Disgusting and honestly sad.The pizza has no real flavor at all. Every ingredient tastes fake and processed, and while eating it you honestly don’t even know what you’re putting in your body. There’s no freshness, no quality, no care.It’s really sad that food like this is being sold as pizza. These are the times we’re living in, unfortunately.
Extremely disappointing experienceI placed an order at New York Pizza in Nootdorp and had one of the worst customer experiences I’ve ever had with a food delivery service. After waiting for an hour, I received an email saying that my order was not successful—yet the payment had already gone through. The pizza was never delivered, and the payment was never refunded.I tried contacting their klantenservice through every possible channel: the online form, email, and even in person at the shop. Unfortunately, none of these attempts led to a solution or any meaningful communication.I’m very disappointed and will not be ordering from New York Pizza in Nootdorp again. A simple mistake can happen, but failing to resolve it and leaving the customer without their order and without their money is unacceptable.
I understand that I ordered late at around 10 pm, but if you take orders and I am paying the same price give me a normal pizza don't give me a leftover pizza that was clearly made hours ago and warmed up. It was awful, like a piece of gummy bread. Last order of the day on 14/10/25
