If anyone is thinking about filing a lawsuit against this company, please message me—I’m seriously considering it and believe others need to be informed. Their business practices are unethical and deceptive, and transparency is clearly not a priority. Be extremely cautious when they try to upsell you on services and then push you toward using LendCare for financing. That’s how I ended up in this mess. I was scammed. They claimed the service was non-refundable, but that was never disclosed during my consultation. It wasn’t mentioned clearly, and I was never given any receipt stating “non-refundable” until after I complained that LendCare had already withdrawn money from my account, this after I canceled my appointment days in advance. Only then did they suddenly inform me of this policy. To make matters worse, I never even received the service—and now LendCare is pursuing me for payment. I’ve tried following up with the business for over two months, and they’ve done nothing to fix the situation. How can a financing company go after someone for a service they never received? They expect me to come back and give them more business after this? After seeing how they treat customers and how poorly they handle complaints? Absolutely not. Avoid this company. I’ve already filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau (BBB)—and yes, they have an F rating, which I wish I had checked sooner.
