Requests for documentation were dismissed with stalling tactics. It quickly became evident that transparency and accountability were not a priority for this establishment.In the end, I found myself victim to a fraudulent operation, leaving me both financially depleted and deeply disillusioned. I strongly caution anyone considering NewYou Spa to think twice and proceed with extreme caution.
