I bought a hair waver. The quality of it is just awful. The first time I used it, it got up to temperature than switched itself off. I reported this to the so called customer service team and was asked to send a video. I went to do the video but then couldn't even unlock it. I sent a video where I clearly show me trying to open it but I just get a response saying I was using just the one hand. I sent them another with voice over to clearly show I was trying to open it with both my right and left hand. My knuckles were going white with effort! I still haven't heard what I want to hear and that is that I will be getting a refund as per the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. You ARE entitled to a full refund particularly if you have lost confidence in the product and brand and so do not want a replacement. STAY AWAY from this company, you will be wasting your money! I will be contactung BBC Watchdog about Nex London.
