Absolute cheap Chinese rubbish. I wouldn't even dare to plug it in let alone put it near my hair. I did have more success than other dissatisfied customers in contacting their Customer Service department and entered into dialogue. They offered me 20%, then 30% and finally 40% refund and told to keep the curlers. They refused a full refund unless I returned the item, which the post office told me would cost £23.00 as it had to be returned to CHINA. When I pointed out their website claim of "Free UK returns " this was consistently ignored. Their misleading advert seems to have reappeared on Facebook after an absence following negative comments
I bought a hair waver. The quality of it is just awful. The first time I used it, it got up to temperature than switched itself off. I reported this to the so called customer service team and was asked to send a video. I went to do the video but then couldn't even unlock it. I sent a video where I clearly show me trying to open it but I just get a response saying I was using just the one hand. I sent them another with voice over to clearly show I was trying to open it with both my right and left hand. My knuckles were going white with effort! I still haven't heard what I want to hear and that is that I will be getting a refund as per the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. You ARE entitled to a full refund particularly if you have lost confidence in the product and brand and so do not want a replacement. STAY AWAY from this company, you will be wasting your money! I will be contactung BBC Watchdog about Nex London.
The order took a long time to arrive, and they are not actually located in the UK, despite their name suggesting otherwise. If you want to return the item, you must pay for shipping back to their address in China, which is nearly the same as the item's price. Even though my item was unopened and sealed, they denied me a full refund.
I ordered a hair waver and became worried after reading the reviews. However, although delivery took a couple of weeks, I received my order and love the hair waver; it looks just as expected and waves hair exactly like in the video. Very satisfied.

The Hair Waver arrived but doesn't resemble the product in the video. Its quality is very poor and cheap, and I could have bought a similar item on other websites for about £10. That’s how low-quality it feels. Returning it seems like it would be a hassle, and I might not get a refund.
Do not buy from this company. I was unaware that the parcel had 'arrived'. I reviewed footage, and the delivery person didn’t even try the door and just tossed my parcel in the bin for collection. After several emails, they told me they delivered it, so they're not taking any action. It was supposed to be a Christmas gift, the only thing that family member was going to receive.
