Really poor experience. I wish my experience replicated the 4.8 stars that they have. I had to check everything they did every step of the way. If I hadn’t had stepped in numerous times we would have contracts with our incorrect names on, mortgage costs of over £2,000 which weren’t needed. All the work was done by a pretty incompetent PA to a solicitor, giving us 48 hours before completion to check their work. I complained and was told everything about my experience is normal, it’s my job to check what they do. Had I not been vigilant, I would now be facing an invalid contract, a delayed or failed chain, and a financial loss running into the thousands. To be completely honest, I am worried there are further mistakes within our file that I don’t have the skill set or knowledge to question or understand. There is a level of trust we should have as a client that unfortunately I just continue to lack with your firm.
