Jayne started with a clear description of the total cost of her service, broken down into constituent parts. She was prompt to respond to all queries, and highly diligent in ensuring matters proceeded efficiently. She has an assistant, Rebecca, who ensured all documents were issued in a timely fashion and was extremely helpful when we needed to call her. Both were were very friendly and helpful throughout. I wouldn't hesitate to use Jayne and Rebecca again if I needed to.
