We planned a completion date 3.5 weeks away to give plenty of time to exchange before hand. We needed to exchange at least 3 days before completion, Samuel Ogden was aware of this and was told multiple times. He told us on several occasions he had everything and we was ready to exchange, then on the last day at 4:52pm he asked for 4 further documents and still needed to request a mortgage statement from Nationwide. This should have been asked for at the beginning of the moving process and unsure why he said everything was ready when clearly it was not. This then prolonged our completion date even though we had 3.5 weeks for this to be sorted, unsure what he was doing for all that time. Would not recommend.
