The last time we moved was twenty years ago so we don’t have a huge amount of experience in this field.
We sold our existing house via modern method of auction (so we had to be out in 56 days) and we had an offer accepted on a vacant property which we were hoping to complete on at the same time.
All we heard from numerous sources was.. “can’t be done” or “the new house will never be ready in 56 days so book an air bnb”
Meanwhile Jayne and Rebecca at Nexa law just got on with it. Communication was fantastic and they were amazing from start to finish, and they had the new house ready for us inside the 56 days.
The solicitors that were selling our house were utterly appalling, and Jayne even wrote some emails to them (as though written by me) to put a fire up them.
Hopefully we won’t be moving again for a long time, but if we ever do, we will be using Jayne at Nexa Law.
