I would give zero stars if possible. I bought a sweatshirt on January 3, 2026, to support mental health awareness. It took three weeks to arrive, and they sent me a 3XL instead of the 5XL I ordered. Customer service wants me to return it to a Chinese warehouse at my cost and reorder the correct size, even though it was their error. Now, they’ve stopped responding to my emails, leaving me with an unusable item. I should have checked reviews first.
