Delivery takes an incredibly long time, and then they fail to deliver correctly and blame you. They claimed an email was sent that I supposedly missed, making it my fault. The customer service is very disappointing. I wish I could rate them lower than one star.
I would give zero stars if possible. I bought a sweatshirt on January 3, 2026, to support mental health awareness. It took three weeks to arrive, and they sent me a 3XL instead of the 5XL I ordered. Customer service wants me to return it to a Chinese warehouse at my cost and reorder the correct size, even though it was their error. Now, they’ve stopped responding to my emails, leaving me with an unusable item. I should have checked reviews first.
The hoodie quality is terrible, and the sizes are inaccurate. I ordered a medium, but it was too small. I advise anyone thinking about ordering to consider a different company, especially since returns to China are at your expense. I'm a very disappointed customer.
