Ring arrived but is not branded. Am I suspicious? Yes! The ring will not charge properly or hold a charge. Company is giving me the run around and asking for videos of it not charging! I have sent them time stamped photos but they will not accept them. Company will not give a refund unless I pay for postage back to an address they will not supply unless I accept their terms, which also involves them deducting original postage price (which they gave for free) AND they will deduct a further 15%. For what I don't know! The privilege of dealing with their dud product and unwillto deal with the mess.STEER CLEAR OF THIS RING AND COMPANY
