After stunning review on some ring comparison page, the product arrived. Way too big, cheap plastic ring. I didn't even turn it on. The return basically robs you 15% so called handling fee plus shipping to the Hong Kong (they have UK based warehouse, according to them).

Avoid at all costs. £110 lost on cheap crap.

Ring arrived but is not branded. Am I suspicious? Yes! The ring will not charge properly or hold a charge. Company is giving me the run around and asking for videos of it not charging! I have sent them time stamped photos but they will not accept them. Company will not give a refund unless I pay for postage back to an address they will not supply unless I accept their terms, which also involves them deducting original postage price (which they gave for free) AND they will deduct a further 15%. For what I don't know! The privilege of dealing with their dud product and unwillto deal with the mess.

Inaccurate readings

Inaccurate readings, express shopping took almost 2 weeks and refunds must be sent to China. Not worth it at all.

Ordered this smart ring in December

Ordered this smart ring in December, never received it, cannot get reply from customer service for either replacement or refund! Tracking says returned to supplier???? Very bad …. No ring and out of pocket!!

What absolutely dreadful Customer…

What absolutely dreadful Customer Service. I was simply asking for advice on the size of a thumb ring I should order for myself being an average size woman, and how I return it if it doesn't fit.I received a how to measure chart in Chinese. I was called 'Customer' after a few emails even though my name is quite clearly at the bottom of every email and in my email address.'Cindy' just wouldn't answer my two questions. I guess he/she is a robot.I'm very disappointed because after research Nexoria's Silver Smart Ring looked the best one, which I won't be buying now as I still don't know what size to buy or how their returns work if it doesn't fit.

I would give a zero if I could! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!Cheap knock off Chinese goods, not based in the uk despite saying uk on their address bar. 11 days to deliver “express postage” get the item and it breaks on first use in the gym. Don’t even bother trying for a refund, they don’t respond and if they do you have to fit the bill for the postage back to china! Avoid like the plague!!!

Stay far away

Stay far away! Wasnt happy with sizing. They offered a 2nd one at 80% off and gave me 3 different codes to use for a doscount.. none of the worked. Dont think they ever intened to help me. Comms is terrible! Last message I sent was almost 2 weeks ago and crickets this time. Im done. Wont get another penny out of me and suggest the same for anyone else!

Awful - avoid at all costs, don’t waste your money!

Awful customer service who just gives you the run around. Ordered a ring and they sent the a ring that was ridiculously too big. Only way to resolve would be to spend MORE money to return or get an exchange. I think this company is a farce and would avoid it at all costs!On their website states you can get a full refund if you contact them within the 14 days, don’t believe them, they will ask for money to do this contradicting what they say on the website.
