What absolutely dreadful Customer Service. I was simply asking for advice on the size of a thumb ring I should order for myself being an average size woman, and how I return it if it doesn't fit.I received a how to measure chart in Chinese. I was called 'Customer' after a few emails even though my name is quite clearly at the bottom of every email and in my email address.'Cindy' just wouldn't answer my two questions. I guess he/she is a robot.I'm very disappointed because after research Nexoria's Silver Smart Ring looked the best one, which I won't be buying now as I still don't know what size to buy or how their returns work if it doesn't fit.
