I have a Next giftcard and I've been trying to order a bedspread since the beginning of December (and it's March next week). My first order had to be returned, as I was sent the wrong colour. I had to wait for a week for a replacement giftcard to arrive. I ordered another bedspread as soon I had it, but my order was cancelled the following day due to no stock. I called up their customer service to discuss and they reassured me that the order has not been cancelled and will be arriving within a day. Two days later I was informed that there's more delays and on that same day the order got cancelled again. I had to wait for another week for the refund to arrive. I placed another order for the same bedspread in February and the item was due to arrive on the following day. Instead, it took additional 5 days and to my despair, it turned out to be the wrong item again. Following another conversation with the customer service, I found out that there's no stock again. This whole time the item is still being sold even when there's seemingly no stock. I have sent numerous emails trying to get to the bottom of it, but every response I get is from someone different and most haven't even looked into the issue. There's no empathy being displayed and they have no interest in resolving the issue. It is evident that as a giftcard holder you are at very the back of the queue. They have their money already, so why to bother! I'm absolutely traumatised by the experience and will never buy another item from you.
