I had made an order using the pay in 3 system, i then recieved an email saying i need to call you guys when doing it the advisor told me there was an issue and never explained it and closed down the credit account from next which cancled the order which i had used £30 worth of vouchers on, when requesing a call back the first advisor to call said she was the wrong person to help and said they would transfer me she put me on hold and whiles waiting i was given the option to press 1 to be called back the second advisor called for a second and then cancled it giving me no time to awnser and i have had no futher interaction
and everytime i try to resolve this matter i get told its the wrong department and i need to call them
