I ordered large rug. Was told delivery would be 3 days later on the Friday.Friday arrives,no rug. No rug Saturday either so I go online to help. They say sorry rug lost in transit would I like a refund or re-order, I say re-order so now my rug is to come on the following Saturday.
I go out on Tuesday to get my groceries and come home to find rug stood beside my door (not a safe place at all).
Anyway,I open and set it down and I'm very dissapointed as it looked thread bare and dirty though reading it says give a good hoover and it should be ok.
I think I'll ask my niece when I next see her what she thinks.
Now I go shopping and return on the Saturday and my niece asks me wby I ordered 2 of the same carpets....yes...they sent another...
Now the run around I have had to get second carpet uplifted has been awful. I got sent email it would be picked up Friday night between 7-9pm...it wasn't.
Then again this morning Another email saying it will be picked up between 9.30-11.30 am and again no show.
Back to help line and again they ask me what day they could pick up !
In the end I have chosen for royal mail to pick up on Monday but if that doesn't work out...well...I'll say no more except I will never use next online ever again.
