I ordered 2 pairs of shoes & they arrived together a day early in a battered & torn standard grey plastic shipping bag. The original shoe boxes were not included, (which I prefer to have), and instead 1 of each pair of shoes was wrapped in tissue paper & the other in a plastic bag. It was the same for the other pair of shoes. Fortunately, both pairs of shoes were in good order & fitted perfectly. It was a pity that they were delivered in such a shabby fashion.The Loafers were described as Chalk White & on arrival they were identical in colour.Unlike the boat shoes, which were described as BROWN, but all of the onscreen images appeared to be TAUPE, (which is a light brown). However, when they arrived, they were definitely a VERY DARK BROWN.Overall, I am satisfied with both pairs of shoes but not including the original shoe boxes & the colour discrepancy has cost "NEXT" a star.
