the local courier company is terrible, got notification about the delivery but in fact it has never arrived. Tried to call to Global Express (delivery company) but only the option to speak to the chatbot was available. Now it will take a few days investigation to find out what happened witt the parcel. Never had issue with Yoox or Outnet delivery.
