Regrettably, this is precisely what happened in my case. The process of regaining access to my hard-earned funds has stretched on for an entire month. My interactions with their customer service have been deeply frustrating and unproductive. Their responses typically take nearly six hours, and they repeatedly request various documents on each reply, leaving me wondering why they can't request all necessary documentation at once. It will typically take you 36 hours of replies to submit only 6 documents!I've found myself involved in over 15 separate email threads with Paysend, yet none of them have led to a resolution of the issue. They repeatedly ask for the same documents, and once these are provided, they go silent, forcing me to initiate a new chat session. This disheartening cycle continues relentlessly. It has now been over a month without any form of assistance. This level of customer service is entirely unacceptable, especially from a financial institution that you entrust with your money.
