Their billing is completely incompetent and doesn't file claims properly. I have been struggling to contact them for close to a year to an invoice they didn't file correctly and it's impossible to talk to them as you are kept waiting for someone to answer their billing number phone. I tried several times but gave up each time after 1+ hours of waiting. There is no other way to contact them.
