Billing Department

I was sent in for a blood test. I went in and did the blood test on a Saturday. They called me on Monday, and the lab did not get my blood in time. Which I understood and double checked, I would not have to pay for another test. Well... I just got a text that I owe them money for their mistake. Now I am calling the billing department. I have been waiting for over 45 minutes. Does anyone actually work the phones? Trying to call the billing department is horrendous, and something/someone needs to change.
