I am writing this to warn others to avoid this company at all costs. I placed a high-value order worth £15,000, and the experience has been a total nightmare.
Not only are there items missing from my shipment, but the company has completely ignored every single attempt I’ve made to contact them. I have sent multiple emails and tried calling, yet I’ve received no response and no resolution.
It is completely unacceptable to take that amount of money and then disappear when there is an issue. Their lack of accountability and customer service is appalling. Do yourself a favour and take your business elsewherethis company is not trustworthy.
