I ordered a cabinet on 10th January and have still not received it. It looks like dpd have somehow lost it. I realise this is not Next Day Catering's fault, however after emailing them multiple times I am now receiving no response from them to rectify the situation. It is Next Day Catering's responsibility to sort his out with DPD and refund me or send another one. I’m now over £200 out of pocket with no one attempting to resolve the situation.
