The customer service is probably the most fastest I've seen anywhere as well as the flexible payment option.I ordered the Z8 about 2-3 months back. The only issue was I was paying through multiple cards. So on the call I went through with them and they sent me seperate payment invoices to sort it out. They even went as far as holding the Nikon Z8 for the duration of time that my cards were blocked as I lost my wallet so I was in quiet a mess. From what I can recall is that the delivery was a day or two late for me.They have thier own 2 years UK warranty as stated on the website.The only issue I had was that my delivery came a day or two late but im not gonna complain considering the customer service was spot on. Pyament flexibility. Quick response. Tracked order. The order arrived fine considering it was a Z8.About delivery I would say to people is that understand that everything doesn't lie with the company. Sometimes delivery updates etc can be down to the delivery company who can be problematic and dont provide updates as it should which may make it seem like a delay.I would recommend them to update thier delivery section & stick to delivery partners who are disciplined in thier updating to customers etc. Mine was with FedEx. It was fast and they delivered the order after it was about a day in the UK. But Fed ex update timing is not the best but thats FedEx. Hence why I only recommend them to choose delivery partners that are more reliable. They did though contact FedEx for me to make sure the I was updated properly.
