Review Time
I upgraded my Canon gear to Mirrorless Canon R6 Mark 2 plus 2 lenses . I was dubious at first but researched the company. They are uk based and you can talk to them ! I had great communication with Daniel as I had a problem with my payment card . He helped me sort it out and I have to say the experience was brilliant! I’m just about to buy another lens from them ! So I’ve spent over £4000 with them so far ! Highly recommend them :)
Very good company but their name (currently) is a misnomer. Deliveries are delayed by a few days (and have been for the last few weeks at least) as they say that they are experiencing a high volume of orders. They expedited delivery of an item to me was unhappy with delays at significant expense to them. I ordered another item (a lens) - it was delayed and they informed me of this before I placed the order. Their prices are the best in the U.K. save one other company they are fully aware of, but as far as I can see Next Day Deal offer a better guarantee and the other company is 14 working day delivery (so presumably) not shipping from the UK. Their customer service is excellent and is very responsive. I was tempted to give 4stars as people should be aware of delays of 3 or 4 days that have been going on for at least 4 weeks. Delivery is still pretty quick but it’s not as their name suggests. I am told that this has been sorted now. Even so given their price and customer service they still seem to be the best combination of price and service I could find
Fantastic service from start to finish. From ordering my Sony a7 iv on Friday, to receiving it today (Wednesday)... the communication has been excellent. Sarah kept me upto speed with the timeline and was nothing short of rapid with replying to my questions. Whatever I am looking to buy next, I hope they have it as I don't want to deal with anyone but Sarah and her colleagues. 10/10CT
Having read the reviews of Next Day Deal on Trustpilot, I placed an order for a Nikon Bridge camera which arrived yesterday lunchtime. Whilst this camera has been discontinued, NDD confirm they only sell new equipment. I am looking forward to experimenting with this camera (when the rain stops!). I am very pleased with the whole experience and will definitely be placing further orders.
I was extremely impressed all round by the service provided. I sent a couple of emails in the evening regarding a potential purchase, hoping to get a reply the following day, but instead received a reply on both occasions almost immediately. Outstanding! I ordered the item concerned and it arrived when they said it would. Very pleased indeed.
The products are fantastic and at great prices but what made my experience was the extremely proactive customer support team who were in communication throughout (including with the couriers) until I had the packages in hand! Would recommend and will use this company for my next purchase.
