I purchased a camera body and lens from NDD; they both arrived in good condition after a few days delay at Royal Mail (which I was warned of and had tracking info). NDD is a small and new to me company, and camera equipment is relatively expensive, so I had concerns and questions; these were addressed by super responsive return phone calls and emails. NDD customer service was professional, polite, patient, and directly addressed my questions during and even after product delivery. I was very happy buying off NDD. The bottom line is this, would I buy from them again? Definitely yes. Thank you NDD.
