After first ordering my camera, DPD lost it and we were in constant communication with Sarah from Customer Support. She answered our emails very promptly and also at 8.30am on a Sunday morning. She kept me informed of what was happening and arranged for a replacement camera to be sent out to me which arrived yesterday without any issue. Sarah went above and beyond to keep me calm and reassure me as to what was happening. I have asked questions and had answers and it's been no issue or trouble at Sarah's end. Customer Support has been excellent from every point of view.
