The paint did not arrive as 'Next Day,' causing delays in my painting project with a hired decorator. When I contacted customer service for a refund, they said it wasn't possible and advised to wait 5 days for delivery. This name is misleading, especially since I paid for 'Next Day' delivery. I would not use this service again and cannot recommend it.
