When I contact the support team, they always mention that once the order is dispatched, it’s beyond their control. I've considered taking my business elsewhere but decided to give them another chance. Unfortunately, my latest order was three days late, which embarrassed me in front of my clients. They rarely offer any apologies, so just a heads-up: while they advertise as 'NEXT DAY PAINT,' it often takes two to three days, if you're fortunate. I'm not satisfied.
