Extremely disappointing. I ordered a bed on 16/12/25, which arrived on 20/12/25 without screws. I contacted the support team the same day and followed up on 29/12/25 due to the Christmas period. I received a response that day, and on 30/12/25, I was told the missing screws would be sent out that same day. Now it's 14/01/26, and I still haven't received the screws or any updates from the company. When I reached out again via email, they said they would send them again, but this is completely unacceptable. They claimed the screws were lost in the post and would send them as soon as possible. It's frustrating that over a month has passed since my order, and I'm still waiting for screws that should have come with my original order. There was never an apology for the missing screws in the package. While the customer service has been somewhat polite, it's just not good enough.
