Frustrating experience. I ordered a bed on 16/12/25, and it arrived on 20/12/25 missing screws. I contacted the support team that same day and followed up on 29/12/25, considering the Christmas period. I received a response that day. On 30/12/25, I was informed that the missing screws would be sent out that same day. Now, on 14/01/26, I still haven't received the screws or any further communication from the company. I reached out again via email, and they replied that they would send them again. I expressed my frustration, and they mentioned that the screws were lost in the post and would be sent as soon as possible. It's unacceptable that over a month has passed since I placed my order, and I'm still waiting for screws that should have been included. There was never an apology for the initial oversight in the package. While I acknowledge that the customer service has been somewhat polite, it simply isn't sufficient.

On the scheduled delivery day, the bed did not arrive at all, leaving my household without a place to sleep and forcing us to book a hotel at a cost of £180. This service is completely unacceptable. A bed is a basic necessity, and the company showed no urgency or care for their failure's impact. The advertised delivery timeframe is misleading, customer service is ineffective, and the stress caused has been immense. I strongly advise others to reconsider ordering, especially if you need the item by a specific date. This was one of the worst delivery experiences I've encountered.
