I am truly horrified by the delivery timeframe and lack of communication from this company. After ordering a bed, I never received a confirmed delivery date. Despite multiple follow-ups with the complaints team, there was no resolution. I was eventually told it was a system failure, but no one took responsibility or offered a solution. On the scheduled delivery day, the bed did not arrive at all, leaving my household without a place to sleep and forcing us to book a hotel at a cost of £180. This service is completely unacceptable. A bed is a basic necessity, and the company showed no urgency or care for their failure's impact. The advertised delivery timeframe is misleading, customer service is ineffective, and the stress caused has been immense. I strongly advise others to reconsider ordering, especially if you need the item by a specific date. This was one of the worst delivery experiences I've encountered.
