The service has an appeal process that I completed, and I was told to expect an outcome within 24 hours, but that never occurred. I contacted the support team, but I have yet to receive a reply. The moderators, especially one in a political group, showed clear bias, and even when they were banned, there were suspicions of them using their partner's account, yet the service took no action despite many reports. Communication has been extremely lacking.
