Zero stars and then will delete to see what other problems I will incur. This app is not suppose to be active if it is not working properly. I will have to delete it because I cannot post anything on there.
This has got to be one of the worst apps going! It's not an app for the community it's just a load of the forgein element offering cleaning jobs! And the administrators don't deal with it! Ive now deactivated and deleted the app ..... my advice ... don't bother!
This 2.1 rating is actually 1. I am not allowed to write a message or make a post on the platform and I have been banned. I haven’t post for a very long time and I haven’t done anything to go against their guidelines. Plus like may people are saying it is not a neighbourhood site anymore where people can post freely and respectful talk about things. Get a cat and you might be able to post on there. Otherwise don’t bother. A very useful app with great potential currently wasted.
My account has been suspended, likely because of a troll who has been repeatedly reporting posts after spamming them, leading to disputes. I filled out the appeal section provided by the service and was informed that I would receive an update within 24 hours, but that never happened. I reached out to the support team, yet I still haven't received a response. The moderators, particularly one in a political group, displayed significant bias, and when they were banned, there were suspicions of them using their partner's account. Despite numerous reports, the service took no action regarding this. Communication has been very poor.

This platform feels abusive towards its users. There is no proper customer service, and once your account is suspended, the option to delete it is not available, which I find completely unacceptable. It’s merely a neighborhood chat app yet treats users with utter disregard. My experience with this service has been genuinely disappointing, and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.
I posted a request for advice regarding social activities in my area for a retired individual. I received 18 very positive and helpful responses so far. I couldn't ask for more. All responses were genuine and from good-natured people trying their best to offer suggestions. I would definitely post again without hesitation. Thanks to everyone who took the time to assist me; I've made great progress based on many of the suggestions. It has truly worked for me.
I've been using the platform for several years, but recently I've encountered many issues trying to post items for sale. My posts appear initially, but then they disappear, forcing me to repost repeatedly, only for them to be deleted again. I am unsure what's happening with the group that manages my area, and I doubt that the overseeing team is aware of these negative experiences. It used to be a reliable platform.
I decided a while ago that I didn't need this platform and left, but I've recently received a message about changes to their Member Agreement and Privacy Policy. This is completely irrelevant to me, and I want to know how I can ensure my details are removed from their system.
