However, when the engineer arrived, he struggled with routing the cable due to the electric meter's location. I knew the best way to run the cable, but he couldn't do it due to time constraints. In the end, I had to cancel the installation. I hoped they would follow up with a solution, but I never heard back after the engineer left. I was looking forward to a resolution, but the outcome was disappointing. I wouldn’t recommend this service.
