I ordered an EV charger installation to complement my solar system and paid a significant deposit. I was told the installation would happen within 3-4 weeks, but after that time, I received an email postponing it without a new date. Now, seven weeks later, despite multiple attempts to reach out, I still don't have a date. I've requested a refund for my deposit, but that has been ignored as well. This situation is unacceptable, and I may need to take legal action. I hope for a proper response here, as my previous attempts to communicate have failed. Update: I received my refund three weeks after the failed service delivery.
