Unacceptable Installation Experience

I wanted to install an all-in-one unit and was initially given a date of July 1st. No one showed up, and I received no communication about their absence or a new installation date. I had to reach out myself, and although they apologized and rescheduled, the same issue occurred repeatedly. No shows, no contact, and no follow-up. Each time, I had to initiate the conversation, and yet again, I was rescheduled. This pattern has continued, and now I'm on my eighth reschedule in December. The company has misled me multiple times, claiming the battery would be installed while knowing they didn't even have the unit in stock. I will provide an update if this ever gets resolved.

Lack of Customer Support and Communication

I wanted to install a complete energy system. Initially, I was given an installation date of July 1st, but no one showed up, and there was no communication about the delay. I reached out, received an apology, and was rescheduled, only for the same situation to occur repeatedly. Now, after eight reschedules and with December approaching, I feel misled. I've been told the installation would happen, despite them not having the necessary equipment in stock. I will update if this ever gets resolved.

Still Waiting After Six Months

Another month has passed, and I still don't have a functioning battery. It's been six months without a solution. There has been no communication from the service provider regarding repairs, just empty promises. They claim they are waiting for staff to arrive from overseas. This is utterly disappointing. As expected, they will respond to this review with a generic message, but I doubt they will take any meaningful action. I advise others to avoid this company.

Great Installation Experience

I had solar panels and a battery installed nearly two years ago. The process went smoothly, and the system performs as expected based on the sales proposal. My annual electricity bill has been significantly reduced since I use a heat pump for heating. Overall, I'm very satisfied.

Poor Customer Support for EV Charger Installation

I ordered an EV charger installation to complement my solar system and paid a significant deposit. I was told the installation would happen within 3-4 weeks, but after that time, I received an email postponing it without a new date. Now, seven weeks later, despite multiple attempts to reach out, I still don't have a date. I've requested a refund for my deposit, but that has been ignored as well. This situation is unacceptable, and I may need to take legal action. I hope for a proper response here, as my previous attempts to communicate have failed. Update: I received my refund three weeks after the failed service delivery.

Outstanding Work and Professionalism

Exceptional workmanship and a trustworthy team. The installation crew was remarkable from start to finish, working diligently and maintaining clear, respectful communication throughout. Their attention to detail was impressive, ensuring everything was done to a high standard. They even took care of my pets while working. I felt completely confident leaving them in my home. They cleaned up thoroughly after the work was completed. I can't recommend them enough for their hard work and professionalism.

Frustrating Customer Service Experience

The customer service has been incredibly disappointing. Since March, I've received repeated assurances that the paperwork for my grant would be completed. However, my grant application is nearing expiration, and I continue to receive empty promises from the service provider.

Warranty Issues and Lack of Response

I had solar panels, an inverter, and a battery installed last June. Everything was functioning well until March 31st, when the battery stopped charging. I reported it the next day, and an engineer confirmed an inverter fault. It's been over seven weeks without a fix. I've learned that their warranty lacks a time frame, allowing them to delay repairs indefinitely. Despite numerous calls, I have received no updates, and I am very disappointed.
