I wanted to install an all-in-one unit and was initially given a date of July 1st. No one showed up, and I received no communication about their absence or a new installation date. I had to reach out myself, and although they apologized and rescheduled, the same issue occurred repeatedly. No shows, no contact, and no follow-up. Each time, I had to initiate the conversation, and yet again, I was rescheduled. This pattern has continued, and now I'm on my eighth reschedule in December. The company has misled me multiple times, claiming the battery would be installed while knowing they didn't even have the unit in stock. I will provide an update if this ever gets resolved.
