A third-class insurance company. They insure criminals for higher money. I hired a handyman who happened to be insured from NEXT for doing my basement finish and deck modification work who had several criminal and jail records that I did not know when I hired him. The handyman grabbed 90% of the money and ran away by doing several damages in my property. I reached out to the insurance company and submitted a claim. I have been assigned an agent, Mariella Montano. She asked me thousands of evidences and proofs and literally harassed me for months. She also sent an adjuster to check the damage. The adjuster confirmed that all the damages are valid for reimbursements out of the claims. Mariella Montano made several phone calls to me and collected all the details. After collecting all the evidence and details she denied the claim completely. I wish I can give them a negative rating. I would strongly recommend not to believe these thieves. They are crooked and support small businesses run by criminals.
