Their customer service is almost nonexistent. It takes almost a week to get a response from anyone. I’m about three weeks into just trying to get two small replacement parts shipped to me. We are not even at the point now where they have shipped it. Terrible and unorganized. I have plenty of experience dealing with other reputable carriers and have received response as much quicker. Definitely get the feeling that they just don’t care. Beware buying from them as if you ever need service from them in the future, it will be very difficult. This is the same story I saw Fanatec go through and almost go bankrupt until they were bailed out and bought by another company. Wonder if this will happen to NLR as well.
