I recently upgraded my setup with Next Level Racing and couldn’t be happier. The build quality is outstanding ,solid, sturdy, and clearly designed by people who actually understand sim racing. Assembly was straightforward and everything lined up perfectly. Would recommend
I love my HF8 Pro...once you've experienced a sim using their haptic feedback you cant fly without it. More importantly, I can't say enough about NLR's impeccable customer commitment and standing behind their products. I had an issue with my seat inside the warranty window and Alec and team had a new one at my door within 3 days...THAT is focused customer support! Great bunch of folks!
Their customer service is almost nonexistent. It takes almost a week to get a response from anyone. I’m about three weeks into just trying to get two small replacement parts shipped to me. We are not even at the point now where they have shipped it. Terrible and unorganized. I have plenty of experience dealing with other reputable carriers and have received response as much quicker. Definitely get the feeling that they just don’t care. Beware buying from them as if you ever need service from them in the future, it will be very difficult. This is the same story I saw Fanatec go through and almost go bankrupt until they were bailed out and bought by another company. Wonder if this will happen to NLR as well.
We purchased the f-gt pro rig for our first real sim setup. The unit came relatively quickly even during the holidays. The box condition was excellent but there were some quality control issues upon opening. The main chair piece has a large bend right where it pivots. We were able to bend this back with a rubber mallet and so far it does seem to work reasonably well. Most of the decals were peeling off so that was disappointing but doesn't affect the user experience. Changing positions is quick but it is not smooth. I'm not sure if it's from the bent tab.... maybe more of the unit is bent and just hard to notice. We are going to try some kind of silicone plastic lubricant to see if that fixes the issue with adjustments.
Now, all that said, we do really like the rig! It looks so much better than the traditional ugly aluminum profile rigs. We use a Moza R9 and honestly I notice zero flex, its awesome. We have the shifter attachment and its good but I do recommend locktite on the assembly to keep from loosening up while shifting and using the handbrake. The pedal adjustment and sturdiness is great but again not smooth, here's hoping some sort of lube fixes that.
It glides easily on hard flooring with the included pads. I'd like wheels for it so that will be the next adventure!
The shipping materials were excellent and effectively prevented any damage during delivery. The packaging also did a great job of protecting the product. I've logged about 20 hours with the new wheel and pedals, and I'm quite pleased with them so far, feeling satisfied with my investment in a quality item. While the assembly instructions could use some improvement, they were sufficient to get the job done with minimal adjustments needed. I'm really looking forward to using them more in the future!

I purchased the Elite 160 rig after trying other brands, which were generally good, but this one stands out significantly. The meticulous attention to detail in the design, the quality of the parts, and the assembly has resulted in the best chassis rig I’ve ever owned. The seller shipped my order promptly, and I was assembling it before the weekend. The first thing that struck me was the robust quality of each component. While other manufacturers might opt for lighter or cheaper materials, this seller truly goes above and beyond. The overall result is a remarkably strong and stable rig, with no flex to be found. All my equipment fits perfectly, and driving it feels as solid as being in a full tube chassis racecar, which I’m accustomed to. Like all profile extrusion rigs, the adjustability and potential for adding components are outstanding. The angled uprights for the wheelbase provide excellent entry and exit, and they have an appealing sporty look. While mounting accessories that require completely vertical t-tracks can be a bit tricky, I’ve managed to stagger my t-nuts in various grooves to make it work. I’m currently using this rig in GT mode and likely will continue to do so, but it’s nice to know I could set up an F1 configuration if I wanted. I’m extremely satisfied with this rig and believe it will be my go-to chassis for a long time!
